Easy Karobar (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Desktop Software and Mobile App handle your information.

1) Overview (How Easy Karobar Works)

Easy Karobar is a business reporting and management solution.

• Users download and install our Desktop Software on their computer.
• Users create an account and sign in on the Desktop Software.
• Users may import business data from Busy / Tally into the Desktop Software.
• Users can authenticate their Google Drive account so that the Desktop Software can upload business data to the user’s personal Google Drive.
• The Mobile App shows reporting by reading the data from the user’s Google Drive.

We do not store your business data on our servers. All business data remains in the user’s own personal Google Drive.

2) Data We Collect

2A) Account Information (for login)

We may collect basic account details during registration and login, such as:

• Name (if provided)
• Mobile number (if required)
• Email address
• Password (stored securely)

Password is never shared publicly and should be protected by the user.

2B) Business Data (Busy/Tally Data)

Our Desktop Software may process/import data such as:

• Party/Customer ledger
• Sales/Purchase records
• Outstanding balance
• Collection/receipt details
• Stock or item details (if enabled)

This data is used only to generate reports and sync it to your Google Drive.

3) Google Drive Usage (Important)

Easy Karobar uses Google Drive authentication so that your data can be uploaded to your own Drive.

What we do with Google Drive access:

• Upload your imported business data to your Google Drive
• Read that same data later for mobile reporting (only for your account)

We do not sell, share, or store your data on our own servers.
Data stays inside your Google Drive under your control.

4) Where Your Data Is Stored

All business data is stored in the user’s personal Google Drive. We do not maintain a central database of your business data.

We only provide:

• Desktop software to upload data to your Drive
• Mobile app to view reporting from your Drive

5) Data Sharing

We do not share your business data with:

• Advertisers
• Marketing companies
• Third-party sellers

We only share data if required by law or legal process.

6) Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

• Secure login access
• Google authentication via official Google sign-in
• No unnecessary data storage on our server

However, users are responsible for protecting their Google account credentials, Google Drive access, and device security.

7) User Controls

Users can:

• Stop using Easy Karobar anytime
• Remove Google Drive access from their Google Account settings
• Delete data from their own Google Drive

8) Data Retention

We do not store your business data on our servers. Business data remains in your Google Drive until you delete it.

9) Children’s Privacy

Easy Karobar is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
